What a beautiful weekend we had here…it was pretty exciting. Friday night I celebrated my birthday with some friends at El Mariachi. It was such a gorgeous night! I was hoping to be out on the patio but we weren’t, it was still fun though!  The margaritas are amazing at El Mariachi. I ordered the Enchiladas el Mariachi, my favoriteeee dish from here. So glad I got to celebrate with such good friends. Sadly my sister and her boyfriend were absent since they had a wedding to go to in PORTLAND, OR. (I am so jealous!) But we managed to have an awesome time. They even gave me some flan…
