    Last week’s schedule Monday – Rest actual: 2 mi walk Tuesday – 3 mi + yoga actual: 3 mi run Wednesday – 7 mi actual: 13.6 mi bike ride Thursday – Spinning actual: 6.5 mi run Friday – Rest Saturday – 12 mi actual: 12.12 mi run Sunday – Strength actual: 60 min barre class + 10 mi bike ride Total running miles – 21.6 Saturday’s run went pretty well.
