    Pumpkin Pie Steel-Cut Oats

    Last night I was on a roll in the kitchen and whipped up a big batch of Steel-Cut Oats, Irish Style, for the week! (Wondering what steel-cut oats are? Check out my previous post all about oats.) They are really super easy to make and much more creamier than rolled oats. Since I wasn’t a huge fan of pure pumpkin in my oats (gasp!), I tried pumpkin butter, and it was amazing!!     Holy crap, I’ve actually got a recipe for you today! I think I’ve talked about this on my blog in the past, but I can’t remember if I’ve ever typed up the recipe.
