    Merry Christmas.

Is it just me or did Christmas come up so fast? I feel like I was running through the summer heat not that long ago! Anyway, I hope you all have a great Christmas! Chris left on Friday to visit his family, so Thursday night we cooked dinner together and exchanged presents. I got him a jersey and shirt of his favorite German soccer team and he gave me a bunch of my favorite Trader Joe’s items (!!) and this, a race medal display!! I am THRILLED because my bibs and medals have been scattered all throughout my apartment. I finally have a place to hang them. Saturday my sister…

    A 15 Mile PDR

Yesterday morning my running buddy Melissa came over for a long run. We have been running our long runs together for the past few weeks and its been enjoyable! Melissa is training for the Richmond Marathon too as well as a Triathlon. She’s running her Tri next weekend and I’m sure she will rock it! Apples and Wine and Running 9 Miles

Good afternoon readers! I’m relaxing right now because I’m exhausted from this morning’s Nine Miler. Phew. I can’t believe I ran another nine miles. I haven’t run that far since JULY where I ran 9.3 miles in my 15K. Holy crap! I felt much better today, though, than I felt that day! It must mean I’m in better shape than I was in July. 😉 This morning I woke up with a strong urge to bake. And I was sad because it was either bake or go running, and I knew I had to get my run in today. Then I realized I actually had TIME to bake, since I…
