    Inadequate Fueling

    Because I forgot to re-start my Garmin at one point during the end of the run (I have a bad habit of doing that lately) I'm guessing I ran around 17.8, but I'll take that. ... I thought I had eaten enough last night since I made a home made pizza (and ate half...but the pieces were small)

    Running to Lock 7

    This morning I met Melissa for a run at the Niskayuna Bike Path! I haven’t been up here since last fall when the leaves were starting to turn! This time the leaves were gone. It was pretty windy when we started and we planned for 3 miles out and 3 miles back since Melissa had 6 miles on her training plan! We ended up stopping at Lock 7 to see the waterfall at the Lock.     Weekend Happenings

    I spent Friday night with my cousin, Liz and my friend Caitlyn! We had plans to go to Troy Night Out, but the weather had other ideas. It started storming, so we made a quick stop for dinner at Bacchus Pizza instead. Since it was Friday, we had a bit of a wait, but it was probably only 15 minutes. Not too bad.
