    Spring Race Plans

    Now that the Winter Series races are over, its time for me to focus on training for my next big race! Alicia and I are both signed up for the More Magazine/Fitness Magazine Women’s Half Marathon in Central Park in New York City on April 15. I’ve never ran in Manhattan before so I’m super excited about this race! It will also be Alicia’s first half marathon! (HURRAY ALICIA!) My training plan for this race is pretty loose but I’m going to make sure to stick to the tempo runs and speed workouts outlined in my plan.
