    Yesterday I wasn’t feeling too hot, so I’m finally getting around to posting something interesting! My stomach has not been feeling right lately, and I’m not really sure why. Anywho… Yesterday I wanted to make something quick for breakfast, since I’m usually running out of time. I decided on waffles! I love waffles. Especially blueberry waffles. These are Van’s blueberry waffles, to be exact. I topped them with home made blueberry sauce + almond butter + pecans. Yum.     Yoga Meltdown!

    Last night I stopped by Walmart to pick up a few exercise DVDs, since I feel like I could use more strength training in my life. One of the DVDs I got was Jillian Michaels’ “Yoga Meltdown“. I did it last night for the first time! I was expecting to get my butt kicked, since this is Jillian and all, but honestly, it wasn’t that hard. I did the Level 1 Workout, which is for beginners or intermediates. It was 30 minutes of hardcore yoga poses and then movement within the pose for a more of an aerobic workout.
