Last week’s schedule Monday – Rest actual: 2 mi walk Tuesday – 3 mi + yoga actual: 3 mi run Wednesday – 7 mi actual: 13.6 mi bike ride Thursday – Spinning actual: 6.5 mi run Friday – Rest Saturday – 12 mi actual: 12.12 mi run Sunday – Strength actual: 60 min barre class + 10 mi bike ride Total running miles – 21.6 Saturday’s run went pretty well. Fun Run with Girlnetic
As you might remember, last month I went to the Girlnetic Fitness Event Kickoff. The kickoff was the start to a series of fitness events in the capital region geared toward women who want to get into fitness and have fun. I wanted to take advantage of these free events and saw that last night they were hosting a five mile fun run at the Crossings.
