Entering into Double Digits: A New PDR
So, today I finally went THERE. I’ve ran the furthest I’ve ever ran in my life, setting a new Personal Distance Record (PDR), and entering into the double digit territory. It took me 1 hour and 42 minutes to complete ten long miles. I only took one break after mile six to get some Clif Energy Gel and water because I so tired and completely beat.
