    The post marathon high is still going strong over here! I’m feeling a little bit sad that it’s over–and I’m looking for my next big goal! But right now, lets discuss the post-marathon celebrations that happened back in Richmond.     Recovering with Cheribundi

    I have something fun to announce! You might remember a few months ago I reviewed Cheribundi, the tart cherry juice. Well, yesterday I got an awesome package. Cheribundi has offered to send me cases of tart juice to refuel with during marathon training! I’m so excited. Tart cherry juice has amazing benefits when consumed after an intense workout, it is supposed to reduce muscle soreness decrease inflammation.     After hearing good things about tart cherry juice, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to try a new product that is supposed to be beneficial to runners. I haven’t been doing many reviews lately, so I figured now would be a good time! Cheribundi contacted me asking if I wanted to try their five flavors of tart cherry juice.
