The Highlights of Boulder
We did many awesome things while in Boulder this past weekend. Lets do a short hopefully not too long re-cap, shall we? The Wedding – Friday night was Brooke and Dan’s wedding, and it was a blast! Gorgeous scenery, good food and a great party. The bride & groom. The altar. The cake. (Red velvet to be exact.) Celestial Seasonings Factory Tour – Located in Boulder, Chris and I took a few hours to go visit the home of one of my favorite teas, Celestial Seasonings! Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant
One of my favorite things about going to a new city is the huge selection of restaurants. Big cities mean lots of choices! Since Boulder is a hip and health conscious city, there had to be some vegetarian restaurants for me to check out. After hitting up Google, I found Leaf. The atmosphere was airy and very green! Its amazing and a runner’s dream! After 2.5 miles we found a path to Settlers’ Park and decided to stop the watch and spend some time exploring the area. There were tons of little paths to follow, so we went up.…

Dear Boulder
Dear Boulder Colorado, I wish I could turn back time so I could choose the University of Colorado at Boulder to attend for college. I would have gotten to see this when I drove into the city. I would have gotten to attend classes as an undergrad with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. I could have rode my bike to class with the tons of other students who did the same. I would have marveled at your campus and thought how amazing and gorgeous it was! In my spare time, I could have enjoyed delicious food at the incredible amount of interesting and diverse restaurants and bars with awesome…
