    Fall is Coming??

Did you enter my Chobani giveaway yet?? You have until September 6th at midnight! DO it! — Notice anything different about my blog? I changed the header this morning in honor of the first day of September, and of course, the start of my favorite season, fall. Hope you like it! Although, it doesn’t feel much like fall right now, as the weather has been above 90 for the last few days. I was driving home tonight and summer is still in full force. My First Trail Run

Today I finally got to go for a trail run! I was so happy! But I’ll get to that in a little bit… First, breakfast! I made another banana scramble.    This one was pretty tasty, I must say. I think each one I’ve made so far has tasted different. But all pretty good! After breakfast I snaked on some random things until my trail run at noon. Sue, Brendan and I drove to Thacher Park. I struggled through four miles with some walking breaks, and it took me 42 minutes. I ran on my road, which is mostly just a highway that runs through the country, complete with grassy fields…and for some reason I could feel myself breathing in the pollen, which is one of the reasons my run was so uncomfortable. After my run, I…
