    Last week’s schedule Monday – 4 mi run complete Tuesday – Power Yoga, Life Fit Arms/Abs complete Wednesday – 7 mi run complete Thursday – 4 mi run rest Friday – Rest rest Saturday – Maple Leaf Half Marathon complete Sunday – Rest/XT 10 mile bike ride Total Running Mileage – 28 miles 24 miles Saturday I ran the Maple Leaf Half Marathon as part of my marathon training! It went okay, but I was really tired by the end, and it had me questioning my ability to actually run 17 miles this weekend.
