Bethlehem Turkey Trot 5K + Thanksgiving Dinner
Happy Thanksgiving! Today marks my 13th (last probably last) race of 2010! And it was the first race I went to completely alone! Not that I minded, but it was weird not having someone there to wait with and chat with and meet at the finish line. Last year I ran the Troy Turkey Trot, and this year I decided to run the first Our Towne Bethlehem Turkey Trot! The Thanksgiving Dilemma Part II
Some of you may be wondering about what I’ll be eating Thursday on Thanksgiving if you’ve read my Thanksgiving Dilemma post a few weeks ago. I’m actually pretty happy to say that my dad was successful in his turkey hunting adventures and came home one day with not only one, but two wild turkeys! And yes, one looked just like this. Fourth of July 2010 – Part 1: Pig Roast
Holy crap, what a busy weekend! I was so busy, in fact, I have to split this weekend’s post into two different parts! Hope everyone else had a fantastic fourth of July! I know I did! 😀 Saturday, my family and I were invited to a Pig Roast/BBQ Cookout to celebrate July 4th. It was a huge party, with 80+ people attending!
