Tuesday – Hot Yoga actual: 2 easy miles + hot yoga
Wednesday – TBD actual: 5 mi 
Thursday – TBD actual: 45 min spin + 15 min strength 
Friday – Rest
Saturday – TBD actual: 13.5 mi 
Sunday – Strength actual: rest

Total running mileage – 20.5 mi

Last week was a pretty good week for marathon training! My foot felt great all week, ever since I started wearing the air brace. After taking it easy Thursday and Friday (no running), I decided to give my long run a try. I was aiming for 10 miles. I actually over dressed for it and had to run back home after three miles to change into a t-shirt since it was getting so warm!

My foot felt good the whole time, too. I even manged to stay under my goal pace for the marathon. And ran 13.5 instead of my planned 10.

Needless to say, I was pretty happy about that. I stretched and iced my foot afterward, but my legs got so sore after that run!
