Weekly Workout Schedule – 10.22.12

Last week's Schedule Monday – Rest Tuesday – 5 mi  Complete, 5 mi tempo run on treadmill Wednesday – 5 mi Complete Thursday – 5 mi Complete Friday – Rest Saturday – Rest Tough Mudder Spectating Sunday – 20 mi!! Complete! 20 miles @ 10:23 Total Mileage - 35 miles I hit peak mileage this week for marathon training. I haven't ever ran this many miles per week, and it feels good to be running so much! This week it will start to taper off though...its taper time! Workout  schedule for this week Monday - Rest Tuesday - 5 mi Wednesday - 4 mi Thursday - 5 mi Friday - Rest Saturday - 12 mi Sunday - Rest/XT Total Mileage - 26 mi
