Tuesday – 5 mi  Complete, 5 mi tempo run on treadmill
Wednesday – 5 mi Complete
Thursday – 5 mi Complete
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Rest Tough Mudder Spectating
Sunday – 20 mi!! Complete! 20 miles @ 10:23

Total Mileage – 35 miles

I hit peak mileage this week for marathon training. I haven’t ever ran this many miles per week, and it feels good to be running so much! This week it will start to taper off though…its taper time!

Wednesday – 4 mi
Thursday – 5 mi
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 12 mi
Sunday – Rest/XT

Total Mileage – 26 mi
