Weekly Workout Schedule – 8.20.12

Monday – 3 mi run complete
Tuesday – Power yoga, Live Fit Arms/Back actual: live fit arms/back/abs
Wednesday – 6 mi run complete
Thursday – 3 mi run, Live Fit Chest/Shoulders actual: 2 mi walk
Friday – Rest complete
Saturday – 9 mi run complete
Sunday – Yoga, Livefit Back/Biceps/Abs actual: 15 mi bike ride

Total mileage – 23 mi 18 running miles/33.5 including cycling miles

Nothing much new this week, except higher mileage (I don’t think I’ve ever hit 28 running miles before per week) and my second ever 14 miler. After this week, its all new territory with marathon training! I’m kind of excited!

Schedule for this week

Monday – 4 mi run, free training session with a trainer at my gym
Tuesday – Power yoga (determined to get to yoga once this week), live fit TBD
Wednesday – 7 mi run
Thursday – 3 mi run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 14 mi run
Sunday – Rest/XT (bike?)

Total Mileage – 28 miles
