How is it already July 23? That is craziness. Anyway, here’s the weekly workout update! For those of you who think these are boring, just go ahead and skip it–these posts are more for my own reference so I am motivated and so I can keep track of my workouts easier.
Last week’s schedule:
Monday – 3 mile run Complete
Tuesday – Power Yoga, Live Fit Arms/Abs Complete
Wednesday – 5 mile run Complete
Thursday – 3 mile run, Power Yoga, Live Fit Shoulders Actual: 2.5 mile trail run at Five Rivers
Friday – Rest Complete
Saturday – 9 mile run Complete
Sunday – Yoga, Live Fit Back Actual: Yoga, Live Fit Shoulders & Back
Total Mileage – 20 miles 19.5 miles
So, the first six weeks of the Live Fit Weight Training Program are complete! I’m liking it a lot.
My long run this weekend was 9 miles–not too bad. It actually went pretty well, just slower than usual. I’ve been taking walk breaks during my long runs lately, mostly because of the heat and because I feel like walking for a few minutes energizes me so I can run longer, even though it brings down my pace.

This weekend Chris and I are heading up north to the Adirondacks for a getaway at a Lodge. We’re super excited and we’re hoping to do lots of hiking and outdoor activities, so I’m going to do my scheduled long run on Friday before we go, thankfully it’s only 6 miles this time.
