Recovering with Cheribundi
I have something fun to announce! You might remember a few months ago I reviewed Cheribundi, the tart cherry juice.
Well, yesterday I got an awesome package.
Cheribundi has offered to send me cases of tart juice to refuel with during marathon training!
I’m so excited. Tart cherry juice has amazing benefits when consumed after an intense workout, it is supposed to reduce muscle soreness decrease inflammation.
When I drank it after my half marathon in April, I did notice I wasn’t as sore the next day as I usually am. So I’ll definitely be drinking my share after my long runs this summer and fall throughout marathon training. FYI: I don’t post reviews on my blog unless I really love the product, so you know I’m definitely a fan of Cheribundi!
