The other morning before work I decided to go for my run. Normally I run after work so it was a nice change to get it out of the way. All throughout I was daydreaming about the smoothie I wanted to make when I was done. I had some pineapple juice and figured that would be a great addition to my normal protein smoothie…it made it so refreshing! This smoothie is a perfect post-workout breakfast.
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 scoop brown rice protein powder
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 5 large frozen strawberries
- Throw all ingredients into blender and blend well
