One of the coolest things that happened this weekend was going to the Healthy Living Summit cocktail party at Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia. The place was closed, but they had food and drink tables set up for us to enjoy some drinks and mingle with the other bloggers.
We got two free drink tickets, so I got a white wine to start off with.
There was this cool photoboard with pictures of all the HLS attendees that someone had made, it was cute.

The spread of food was pretty decent.
There was a delicious goat cheese & caramelized onion pizza that was to die for! I want to try to re-create it.
My second drink, a Dogfish Head Chicory Stout! It was very tasty.
I stuck to water for the rest of the night since we had an early long run planned for Saturday.
We spend the rest of the time mingling and taking pictures.

After the cocktail party ended, we were all craving something sweet. Liz, Heather, Julie, Kelly, Alicia and I decided to go to the restaurant at the hotel bar called 13 Restaurant and check out their dessert menu.
I had to go with cake! Julie and I shared it. It was pretty tasty.
A sweet ending to such a good day!

Aww, reading these recaps is going to be so hard – I wish we were back there! You should definitely try to make that pizza. Or the cake!
