Today I met some awesome ladies for lunch at Flavour Cafe in Troy!

I had never been and Courtney and Melissa both live close by so we met for lunch and a jaunt around Troy. Flavour was really cute. I really liked the atmosphere.
They had lots of tasty looking baked goods at the counter! I had to get an Anise cookie. They are some of my favorites. It was gigantic! I shared some with the girls while we waited for our lunch. Who says you can’t eat dessert first? 
It was so good, especially the glaze!
I did order lunch, too. I went with the veggie wrap. I didn’t know what veggies were in it but I was really looking forward to it. I also ordered an apple on side. I actually got two!
I was a bit sad to find cucumber in the wrap. It is my least favorite vegetable. After picking out the cucumbers, inside the wrap was hummus, lettuce (a spring mix type), and some tomato. I was kind of disappointed with my lunch, since I was hoping for a little more vegetables than what came in it. 
You can’t with them all, I guess…
My tea was fantastic though! I got mango green iced tea.
Despite my disappointing lunch, I had a fantastic time chatting with Courtney and Melissa! Thanks for an awesome lunch date, ladies! And Flavour Cafe, I will give you a second chance, don’t worry…

Had fun today! So excited you’re moving to Troy!!! Now I still need to show you some of my other favorite places!!! Snowman, Frear Park, Cookie Factory, Jose Malones, the bike path and of course my house!!
