I’m really excited to have my first giveaway on my blog, but I will get to that in a little bit!
First, I had a protein smoothie this morning for the first time in a while! I figured I better have them now, before it starts getting to cold. 
The magical ingredient: oats!
My lovely smoothie contained:
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of brown rice protein
- 1/2 tsp of maca powder
- handful of frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup of oats
Thick and tasty!
In other news, my mom found this amazing find at a garage sale the other day. And no the cat was not included.
Can’t wait to try it out–its brand new (still in the packaging), and says it can make home made peanut butter in three minutes. We shall find out!

Did you know Chobani has a plant in Chenango County? They just gave away free Greek yogurt at the Chenango County Blues Fest (don’t ask…I just know).
