Well, its that time again. I can’t believe August is already over. But, the good thing is, September is here and that means fall, also known as my favorite season.

This morning I had to do another long run, 7-8 miles. My goal was to go out and run seven, possibly eight if I was feeling up to it. I was feeling a bit unmotivated to get going, but eventually I made it out there at around 9:00.

Last night Chris and I went to check out LaZeez, an Indian restaurant on Central Avenue. Friday nights they have all-you-can-eat buffet. We wanted to see if it was any better than the buffet at Aashiana. So, I filled up my plate with their vegetarian delights.
