I cannot believe it is already August 1st. June and July have flown by…and there is only a month left of summer. Wow. Anyway, Here’s my July Re-Cap for everyone. 🙂
Total for Month: 58.64 miles, and 10:03:01 total time recorded. This is a MAJOR decrease from my milage in June, where I ran a whopping 90.63 miles. Most of my running in June was because I was training for my first 15K.
- ran the Firecracker Four in Saratoga, New York in 37:59
- ran my first 15K, the Utica Boilermaker, in 1:39:18
I went to a pig roast over Fourth of July weekend, Ran the Firecracker Four and watched fireworks, went to Body Pump with new “blend” Rebecca, ate some fried squid at Yannis, met up with other local healthy living bloggers at the first CDNY Eat Drink Blog Meet-up, registered my own domain name, decided to go back to school, baked Chris a turtle cheesecake for this birthday, had a lovely dinner at Aperitivo Bistro followed by a Hellions Bout, signed up for the Warrior Dash, and went to the Renaissance Festival.
Phew, what a busy month! I’m looking forward to everything August will bring, which includes a weekend trip to New York City, and starting half-marathon training. Ohhh boy. 😉
